A relaxing treatment of mindful movement and massage.
Indulge in a transformative experience that benefits your mind, body, and soul through therapeutic touch, restorative stretch, and breathwork/mindfulness.
Each Restorative Stretch + Massage treatment begins with a five minute deep breathing ritual or a mindfulness exercise that helps ground you in the present moment. You’ll then be guided through a series of restorative stretches while your RMT provides therapeutic massage and continues your guided breath-work or meditation. Throughout the treatment, you’ll move into a place of tranquility and relaxation. As the session comes to a close, you’ll end with a final relaxation.
One-on-one treatments are considered Registered Massage Therapy and will follow all of the same policies, procedures, and standards of practice. Each treatment is tailored to your health history, is integrated in your treatment plan and is eligible to be submitted to any extended healthcare benefits.
