Purchasing a gift certificate

Gift certificates can be purchased for any treatment length and are available for purchase by emailing Alana directly at goertzenmassage.com. We will arrange a time for you to come to the clinic, or we can arrange everything over email/phone for a contactless transaction.

Redeeming a gift certificate

If you are redeeming a gift certificate, please indicate so at the time of booking and be sure to bring your gift certificate with you to your scheduled appointment. 

Expiration and appointment cancellations

All gift certificates expire 1 year after purchase date (unless stated otherwise). Gift certificates are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced. Redemption is subject to appointment availability.

The cancellation policy still applies to appointments booked with a gift certificate. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations in order to reschedule the use of the gift certificate. If less than 24 hours notice is given, the gift certificate will be used for the cancellation fee and will be considered redeemed.
