Alana was born and raised in St. Catharines. She is a graduate of Brock University, with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, and of Ontario College of Health & Technology in Stoney Creek, with a diploma in Massage Therapy.

Alana was born and raised in St. Catharines. She is a graduate of Brock University, with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, and of Ontario College of Health & Technology in Stoney Creek, with a diploma in Massage Therapy.
She has been a Registered Massage Therapist with the CMTO since January 2015. She has previous experience as a Registered Kinesiologist with the COKO from 2013 to 2017.
Alana has furthered her knowledge and education to better serve the perinatal community and those who have a history of trauma or PTSD. She has additional training in prenatal massage, postpartum massage and recovery, cesarean birth rehabilitation, trauma sensitive Yomassage® Level 1, massage therapy and PTSD, and more!
