Late Arrival Policy

When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you - and only you.

Please note that if you arrive late to your appointment, your appointment will end at the originally scheduled time and the original scheduled fee will still apply. Out of respect and consideration to your massage therapist and other patients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
