Late Arrival Policy

When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you - and only you. Appointments are never double booked and I do my best to be ready for you when you arrive.

To help keep this promise to you, I ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late for your appointment, your treatment will end at the originally scheduled time, and the cost of the treatment will not change.
