When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you - and only you. Appointments are never double booked and I do my best to be ready for you when you arrive. If you are late for your appointment, the treatment will still end at the scheduled time.
This is especially important due to COVID-19 now that we have begun our re-opening process. Appointments cannot run passed their scheduled end time in order to allow for adequate time spent cleaning and sanitizing before the next appointment. This also minimizes patient cross-over and congestion in the waiting area.
To help keep this promise to you, I ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are early, please wait in your car until your schedule appointment start time. My goal is to bring you directly into the treatment room when you arrive and eliminate the use of the waiting room completely. I see multiple patients in a day, and my schedule no longer allows me to begin a treatment a few minutes early or work beyond the predetermined end time. If you are late for your appointment, your treatment will end at the originally scheduled time, and the cost of the treatment will not change.
