Even though you are no longer required to complete the COVID pre-screening document, I ask that if you have symptoms, have recently tested positive for COVID or been told you should be isolating, have travelled, or had close contact with a confirmed case of COVID, that you email Alana directly at email@example.com as soon as possible so that we can discuss your individual circumstances prior to your appointment.
Appointments that need to be cancelled due to various COVID reasons are still subject to the 24 hour cancellation policy if Alana could have been notified about travel, close contact with a confirmed case etc. prior to the 24 hour window. If you develop symptoms or are notified of a positive test result/close contact within the 24 hour cancellation window the cancellation fee will absolutely not be charged.
Please be on time. If you are early, do not enter the clinic. Please wait in your car until your scheduled appointment start time, at which time you may come into the clinic and, ideally, straight into the massage room. This is to eliminate the use of the waiting room and decrease congestion in the clinic’s common areas.
Please come into the clinic alone, without family members or children (exception: if you need assistive help or are accompanying a minor).
Masks are mandatory for the entire duration of time in the treatment room, including throughout treatment (please bring your own mask to treatment with you. If you do not bring one, one will be provided for you). Masks will be mandatory until at least July, 2022.
I will be enforcing a very strict start and stop time policy. This allows adequate time for cleaning and sanitizing before the next appointment and minimizes patient cross-over and congestion in the waiting area. If you are late for your appointment, the treatment will still end at the scheduled time and the full treatment fee will be charged.
The treatment room is completely cleaned and disinfected between EVERY appointment. This includes, but is not limited to, the treatment table, chair, desk and counter tops, oil bottle, door knobs and coat hooks.

Before the treatment can begin, I will be verbally conducting a COVID-19 screening questionnaire to clear you for treatment. If you are not cleared for treatment, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be instructed to self-isolate, complete the online self-assessment tool and call your primary care provider or Telehealth Ontario at 1-866-797-0000.

Booking appointments and payments will take place inside the treatment room. All receipts will now be emailed.
